1. Who we are
Dream Your Studio ("we", "us") builds apps and websites. This policy explains what we collect through dreamyourstudio.com, why, and what choices you have. Questions: contact@dreamyourstudio.com, [MAILING ADDRESS].
2. What we collect
You give us (estimate form):
- Name and, optionally, your business or project name.
- Contact details: a mobile number or email address, depending on how you ask us to reply.
- Project details: app type, description of your idea, who it's for, features, must-haves, budget range, timeline, and your publishing plans (whether you'll publish it yourself or aren't sure yet; we don't host or publish for clients).
- Anything else you choose to write in free-text boxes. Please don't put passwords, payment card numbers, health information, or other sensitive data in the form.
Collected automatically:
- Basic technical data our host records when you visit (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time), used for security and to keep the site running.

We do not knowingly collect precise location, biometric, or health data.
3. Why we use it
- To review your request and send you a free estimate, questions, and follow-ups about that request.
- To alert our team (by email and text message) that a new request arrived.
- To prepare a contract if you decide to hire us.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse, and to meet legal duties.
- To improve the site using aggregated, non-identifying data.
We will not use your details for unrelated marketing unless you separately opt in.
4. We never sell your data
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising.
5. Who we share it with

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business (the buyer would be bound by this policy).
6. How long we keep it
- Requests that don't become projects: deleted [12] months after our last contact.
- Requests that become projects: kept for the length of the project plus [7] years for tax, accounting, and contract records.
- Server/security logs: kept per our host's standard settings, typically [30] days.
- Text opt-out records: kept as long as needed to honor your opt-out. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see section 8).
7. Text messages (SMS)
If you choose "Text me" and give your mobile number, you agree that Dream Your Studio may send you text messages about your estimate request (replies, questions, and the estimate itself) at the number you provided.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can choose email instead.
- Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help, or email contact@dreamyourstudio.com.
- We don't send marketing texts unless you separately agree, and we never sell or share your mobile number or text-opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Your choices and rights
Anyone can ask us to:
- See the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct it;
- Delete it;
- Stop texts or emails. Email contact@dreamyourstudio.com with the subject "Privacy request." We'll verify the request is from you and reply within [30] days (or sooner if your state's law requires). We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
State privacy laws. Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Virginia, Oregon, and other states), you may have additional rights such as access, deletion, correction, and opting out of sale or targeted advertising. Many of those laws apply only to businesses above size thresholds that we may not meet, but we honor the requests above for everyone. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.
Washington My Health My Data Act. We do not collect "consumer health data" through this site, and our form does not ask for it. If you volunteer health information in a free-text box, we will not use it for anything except replying to you, and we will delete it on request. 9. Children
This site is for business customers and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child sent us information, email contact@dreamyourstudio.com and we'll delete it.
10. Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and limited access to submissions. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive data through the form.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, post a notice on the site.
