These terms apply to your use of dreamyourstudio.com (the "Site"), run by Dream Your Studio ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. What the Site is for

The Site describes our services, shows apps we've built, and lets you request a free estimate. Requesting an estimate is free and creates no obligation for you or us. A project only starts when we both sign a separate Client Service Agreement, which controls over these terms for that project.

3. Prices and estimates

Prices on the Site are "from" prices and examples. They are not offers. Your actual price, scope, and timeline are set in a written estimate. We may decline any request. Reply-time statements (e.g. "reply within [X]") are goals, not guarantees.

4. Live demos and showcase apps

Showcase apps are provided as is for demonstration. Don't enter real sensitive data into them. They may change or go offline at any time. Some may have their own terms or privacy notes.

5. Your submissions

You confirm that what you send us is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You keep ownership of your ideas and materials. We use them only to respond to you and prepare an estimate, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we treat project details you send as confidential. We don't sign NDAs before a first estimate as a rule, but we're happy to sign a mutual NDA on request before you share anything sensitive.

6. Acceptable use

Don't: break the law using the Site; try to hack, overload, or scrape it; submit spam, malware, or someone else's personal data without permission; or impersonate anyone.

7. Our content

The Site's text, design, images, videos, and showcase apps belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to them for personal or evaluation use. Don't copy or reuse them commercially without written permission. Client names and work shown in our portfolio are displayed with permission.

8. Third-party links

Links to other sites (including X and app stores) are for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.

9. Disclaimers

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SITE IS LIMITED TO $100.
